I don't think he is evading the questions so much as answering them full on. He articulates his stance while at the same time he removes any stumbling blocks the reporters are attempting to lay for him. You can tell this by the lack of in-depth follow up questions from the reporters. They are recognizing that this man is perceptive, charming, non-aggressive and well prepared. You can tell that they are giving this man respect, albeit grudgingly, because he is earning it. This may translate into better reporting of Rangers and their affairs. Warburton may in fact be the fulcrum-point for projecting Rangers, both on and off the pitch, back to their revered and respected position as the leaders in Scottish football. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

The media have a torrid job on their hands if they want to catch Warburton out ! "My job is to act in a manner befitting of a Rangers Football Club so I won't be taking a cheap shot or retort".
