Res 11 is in doubt , it didn't get the required % last time and some are dead against allowing directors to allocate shares to whomever they want without giving existing shareholders their chance to keep their percentage shareholding , it's ok when it's Ashley getting a doing but what if club1872 get bypassed . 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
