Club 1872 Statement on Daily Record

Recommended Posts

Good on Club1872 for releasing this statement hard on the heels of the Rangers Observer article.

The Daily Record is a vile bigoted Scottish publication working to the same agenda as BBC Scotland backed by a despicable political party the SNP.

The only thing I take comfort from, and it was so very very crucial, is that the People of Scotland stood up proudly as Unionists telling the SNP where to stick #ref2 the same way as they did with #ref1 they joined as one and told them...stick it where the sun don't shine!!! GIRFUY!

The DR is a unionist newspaper.

I don't think we "joined as one". The 45 still have their claymores in the thatch. Bit less than 45 now, though, I suspect with a lot of fishermen and farmers having come to their senses and droves of children jumping on to the Corbyn Happy Train.

The question is, will there be seats for all on that train or will passengers have to pretend they couldn't get one?

"The Daily Record is backing the prospect of a second independence referendum"

One headline from immediately after Brexit vote. Its a Unionist/Labour newspaper thats a fact. Could change I suppose anythings possible, but I doubt it.
