The prolific former Motherwell striker left Fir Park for Preston in January but has struggled to make a dent at Deepdale. He has made just three starts since signing for the Championship club for a fee of £450,000 on a three-year deal. Moult ’s lack of game time – he is third choice behind Callum Robinson and Sean Maguire – has alerted clubs to the potential of him leaving in the summer window.
