Ufa on paper appear to have a very decent English Championship level squad. A couple of their starting players had short spells there, one successful and one very unsuccessful (Paurevic at Huddersfield, double goalscorer vs Progres). We have to turn up and play at a high tempo and good level as well as take chances and defend well.
