He shows a yellow card twice. Do you mean he showed it twice to Katic ?

Just had another look, Clancy shows the card to I assume  Katic, he then shows it again slightly turned. Could be he just lost the plot!

Although it is off camera I suspect Katic was on the other side of another player, and moving, when he showed it.

 

Clancy might have made the hand action twice to make sure it was clear that Katic was the one being booked.

Nothing in this IMO, he showed the card to Katic but maybe Katic turned away and didn't see it therefore showed it again to make sure he knew who was getting booked

Seen it whilst watching game and also his fear of giving seconds to Ceptic players a totally inmcompetent person who deserves ridicule and nobody trying to defend him.
