SPFL Season declaration challenged legally (ongoing discussion)

Super Caley goes intercontinentally ballistic!

This statement, this am, is in response to some scurrillous article in the Dhaily Rhabble, which posited, apparently, an ICT plan to take over the world, murder your wives, and rape your children....

...Eh, hat last bit might be wrong, as its paymasters, it seems,  see nothing untoward with that kind of thing

World takeover...ballistic missiles...does the Rhabble have evidence of North Korean investment?

Brilliant statement from ICT and I hope and trust that they take this further.

Some may call the article "robust" but others can see it as it was intended, a last ditch attempt to bully clubs into submission.

Well done ICT for showing courage to stand up to the bullies, hope other clubs take note and follow.

It is quite strange to see some guys of the media show a face you would not have envisaged 2 months ago and tell things as they are or indeed do their journalist-job (then again, they might simply have smelled a story and thus money). While others go straight into the gutter and become a mouthpiece of vitriol and propaganda. Making your beds.

You just hope that names are noted down and being taken care of in the future. Likewise, it would do well if certain journos like the one who made up that rubbish on ICT would be taken to the cleaners, so that the whole industry gets a little rattled and starts to think of their responsibilities again, not just their "freedoms".

I think, and I may be wrong, but serious journalists like Tom English can see that there is a massive story here (including a back story). For them to get access to all the information, they have had to keep clubs with the evidence onside.

Nothing wrong with this, there is a story here and hopefully someone will make themselves famous by uncovering and reporting it.

Other like Jackson are no more journalists than you or me, they write for gutter rags and cannot and should not be taken seriously.

Hopefully they'll be exposed by ICT

Whilst covering Rugby, English was an outstanding journalist. His books, especially; The Grudge: Two Nations, One Match, No Holds Barred, are great reading.
