Tottenham-Everton could be an interesting one.

Mourinho-Ancelotti.

I think Tottenham will be stronger, though I don't see them scoring much.

Ancelotti has had a little more time to bed in his ideas, and they've strengthened impressively, including Allan, Doucoure, and James Rodriguez.

Leeds were a breath of fresh air looks like they have a  first  class manager in charge .

Don't forget though, Norwich were being hailed as a breath of fresh air last year for their attacking intent especially after beating Man City 3-2 in Sept, and look what happened there. I think Leeds will struggle to stay out of the relegation zone over the course of a long season as will Fulham and WBA.
