It's Man of the Match, not Man of the Season

Get it changed. :D

Get the title changed to “Player of the Match”

I noticed that in the rugby at the weekend. No doubt concern that one of the forty or so thugs on the park might not have been a man.

"Identifying as a woman" is prevalent among today's prop forwards, apparently.

I recall Bill McLaren referring to my brother, a mate and myself as 'the fitba p**fs' during High School rugby training.  A few weeks later, I was forced to participate in a scrum and thought rugby forwards are probably more deserving of that derogatory term than football fans.

I thought Tav was MotM on Sunday.  He's as good as he has ever been at the moment.

Yes.

He took too many risks -- or, at least a couple.

As I said in the match thread, it's completely unnecessary; his normal game is more than adequate.

He’s tried to dribble the ball out in several other games too and almost given us a problem. His ball control is adequate but not at the level where I want him to go for a dribble. I think he has been overrated by our support due to the fact he made a good start. A good backup but Helander is much better.

Arfield gets my vote. He played with energy and urgency and created chances. Delighted that he is doing so well at 32. He is clearly benefiting from the bigger squad this season and the fact he hasn’t been playing for Canada.
