Isn’t there an island in the Hebrides where they swim cattle across at low tide? Maybe tourists can be diverted there.

Or SNP could ask Kishmul for a shot of his galley. There’s a thought. Crofter/fishermen could be asked to bring there wee boats to Oban and ferry holidaymakers out to the mystic isles. A sort of outward bound Dunkirk.

Today, BBC Scotland are reporting negotiations between the Scottish Government and the owners of MV Pentalina have broken down and will not be restarted. This means Cal-Mac are going to navigate the summer season without a spare Ferry.

Meanwhile, Ian Blackford the Lard of Skye is focused on asking Commons questions about the £560,000 spent by Westminster on, "union polling". Surely, an Island MP would want to prioritise pressing island issues?

Maybe a refit of Blackford would suffice, the MV Burst Couch could be an adequate spare?

Today, it's the turn of MV Coruisk.

The Ferry failed to sail to Mull, this is the fifth day that it has failed to carry passengers and supplies to the Isle. Cal-Mac are hoping to have the vessel back next Tuesday. As yet, I do not know if the back up vessel(Barra's regular ferry) has been reassigned?

Talking of Barra, I note the local MP, Brendan MacNeill failed to turn up at Lochmaddy Sheriff Court yesterday. Maybe, the Ferry did not sail? Anyways, he has been charged with causing serious injury to a 16 year old boy by Dangerous Driving. Apparently, he knocked the lad off his bicycle.

The SNP are an ongoing danger to boys in that age group, by the looks of it (much like another renowned Scottish outfit).

 Brendan MacNeill MP has previous.

In 2005, the Barra born and bred politician admitted taking two 17 year old girls to his Hotel bedroom. He stated only a night of kissing and fondling took place. The outrage was his then wife, was heavily pregnant in hospital. Move it forward a decade and Brendan and wife have a family of three. His fellow Nationalist MP, Stewart Hosie was reported to be having an affair with Westminster Journo, Serena Cowdy. This was bad because Stewart was then married to Nicola's bestie, Shona Robison MSP, they had a daughter. Serena Cowdy admitted a weakness for fervent Scots, admitting she was also having an affair with Brendan MacNeill MP.

It's al terribly complicated, where can they find the time to sort out the Ferries?

Stop analysing all these fact things and just wave a Saltire and feel how amazing it is to be a fraction. That’s all that matters at the end, enjoy a 10 minute hate at the English. Can even be done concurrently. Get the full buzz.

Today or rather Saturday, it was the turn of the MV Loch Ridden. Providing the service between Largs and the Isle of Cumbrae, the vessel added to the problems facing the beleaguered Cal-Mac. The MV Loch Ridden was due for replacement in the Spring of 2019 but a couple of coats of paint allowed it to continue until breakdown, mid channel on Fair Saturday. All those Glaswegians gaun doon ra wha-tur furra Fair, did not make Millport.

The MV Loch Ridden will be assessed this week.

It seems that having a small pool of nationalist talent for political purposes also stretches to the social pool if these love triangles are anything to go by!!
