Gender Bender Gender Pretender Agenda

At face value, this story, below, seems -is- outrageous.

Poileas Alba commented:

'We know of this meeting.

We know that there will be a riot.

We would be happy to deal with this and arrest the rioters, but we can't because we do not know if we should throw them into a man's prison, or a women's prison.'

Might I suggest the Bass Rock?

Parents get bill for security before gender talk at library

Public order fear after trans activists force previous meeting to be abandoned

Trans campaigners want the event organised by Concerned Adults Talking Openly About Gender Identity Ideology to be cancelled

Parents have been issued with a demand for £600 to cover the cost of hiring private security guards before a public debate over gender ideology in schools.

The group, Concerned Adults Talking Openly About Gender Identity Ideology, plans to hold a meeting at Portobello Library in Edinburgh on March 14 but it has prompted anger among trans activists who are trying to force its cancellation.

An earlier meeting was abandoned after an orchestrated campaign.

The parents’ group had hoped Edinburgh city council would defend their right to discuss their concerns and were stunned to be asked to pay for security guards.

Marie Mamulova, its spokeswoman, said: “The council is unreasonably trying to hold us responsible for the maintenance of public order in the face of threats of disturbance if the meeting goes ahead.

“If there is a small, unrepresentative group of troublemakers who are determined to prevent us from exercising our freedom of speech and freedom of association we should not have to pay to protect our rights.

“If there is any genuine threat to public order, we are the victims not the perpetrators and we should not have to pay a premium just to enjoy our rights as local residents.”

One member, Lisa Randall, described the decision as evidence that “undemocratic censorship of any criticism of belief in the existence of ‘gender identity’ is not being tackled by the council”.

She added: “We expected that our council would protect our democratic rights. It is entirely wrong that the council is claiming that the threat to public order is our responsibility.”

Maggie Mellon, of the Evidence-Based Social Work Alliance — a coalition of qualified practitioners, academics and social-work students — is due to be the guest speaker at the meeting.

She said: “This is sadly the usual treatment of parents and professionals who try to have open discussion about the cult of gender identity which has been introduced to schools despite increasing evidence of the harms to children.

“Organisations such as LGBTY Scotland and Trans Scotland receive substantial amounts of public money to promote their beliefs but it is my experience that they and their supporters are determined not to allow freedom of speech on the issues.”

The parents group wants to “break the silence” around the taboo of how transgender ideology is tackled in the classroom with children being taught gender is fluid as fact and teachers told to hide pupils’ transitions from parents.

It is concerned over reports of a 4,000 per cent increase in the number of young girls identifying as trans, which they say has coincided with the embedding of gender ideology within the revised Scottish curriculum.

The Scottish government became the “first country in the world” to embed LGBT inclusive education across the school curriculum in September 2021.

It said: “LGBT inclusive education will help build upon . . . existing good practice, equipping teachers and school leaders with the training and resources they need to approach these topics with knowledge and confidence, and to help effectively challenge homophobia, biphobia and/or transphobia.”

A spokesman for the government said: “Schools should be a safe, supportive environment for all pupils, regardless of gender, where everyone’s rights are respected.

“The Scottish government, Education Scotland and their partners have frameworks and programmes aimed at ensuring that equality and diversity are at the heart of the school experience. They do not promote any ideology.

“School engagement with parents and carers is enshrined in law.”

Cammy Day, leader of Edinburgh city council, said: “When considering whether any proposed event should go ahead, we’re clear that everyone has the right to freedom of expression — but, equally, that this must be done within the law and in line with relevant public safety requirements. This applies to meeting attendees, council staff, potential protesters, library users and the wider community.

“For the purpose of this event, our public safety team have set out our requirements for it to go ahead safely and are awaiting a response from the organisers.”

(As far as I know, the security costs are being/have been crowd-funded.)

Not sure if this is a journalistic endeavour or Sarah Smiths application for leadership of the Scottish Greens.

Whats interesting about Graham is that a few years back he was all for this trans nonsense and would have had anyone who disagreed burned at the stake. It seems he got so involved in some of the movements circles that he seen many a thing that he didn't like or agree with. This led to his amazing 180 shift to being dead against it.

I suppose finally seeing the light and how these people treat women is a good thing. Just a pity more of the arty set can't see the man through the slapped on make up, large hands and crooked wig.

A couple of articles from The Telegraph.

I am convinced that the country is being run by degenerates, whose agenda, which becomes ever more clear, daily, is the legalisation of sex with children.

Incidentally, when did teaching become a thoroughly, shamefully, debased, ignoble vocation?

Ofsted chief’s warning over explicit sex education lessons

Alarm at current guidance which places 'no limits' on what can be taught to children

ByLouisa Clarence-Smith, EDUCATION EDITOR9 March 2023 • 9:30pm

Amanda Spielman warns that some sex education lessons have 'no basis in any reputable scientific biological explanation'

Children are being taught sex education lessons that have “no basis in any reputable scientific biological explanation”, the head of the schools regulator Ofsted has warned.

Pupils in some secondary schools have been told there are 100 genders, while children are being taught gender fluidity as fact in some major academy trusts and independent schools, an investigation by The Telegraph has found.

Amanda Spielman, chief inspector of Ofsted, told this newspaper she has warned the Government that the current relationships and sex education (RSE) guidance places no limit on what can be taught.

She warned that Ofsted is currently powerless to sanction schools teaching inappropriate material.

Her intervention comes after The Telegraph revealed widespread evidence of “age-inappropriate” sex education materials in schools.

A dossier of evidence gathered by Conservative MP Miriam Cates was presented to Rishi Sunak last week, which led to the Prime Minister ordering a review of the Department for Education’s (DfE) RSE guidance.

Pupils in Years Seven and Eight at schools overseen by The Kemnal Academies Trust, one of the largest academy trusts in the South and East of England, have been taught using a diagram of a “gender unicorn” - showing sliding scales of male, female and other identities, alongside spectrums of gender expression and sex assigned at birth.

Ms Spielman said: “It’s clear that there are materials being used which have no basis in any reputable scientific, biological explanation or any properly grounded understanding of human relationships.”

Controversial teaching resources also include children as young as 12 being asked how they “feel” about oral and anal sex, and primary school teaching resources on masturbation.

Chief inspector 'expressed concerns'

The Government’s existing RSE guidance, drawn up in 2019 in consultation with the LGBT+ charity Stonewall, specified that “gender identity” should be taught in schools.

Ms Spielman said: “The way the Department for Education guidance is drafted sets clear minimum expectations but no maximum.”

This means that Ofsted has “no reference point” to say that a school is “doing too much”, she said.

Asked whether Ofsted would downgrade a primary school for teaching pupils about masturbation under the existing RSE guidance, Ms Spielman said: “It is very hard for us to say that too much is being done.”

The Ofsted chief said she has “expressed concerns” to the DfE about its guidance, which is now due to be reviewed.

Any new guidance should have “a much greater definition about what is properly taught and at which age”, she said.

Last month, the Isle of Man Government suspended all sex education lessons on the island and launched an independent inquiry after parents reported that a drag queen had told 11-year-olds there are 73 genders. Others in the same year group were taught about oral and anal sex, and sex change operations.

Almost 50 Conservative MPs, including Priti Patel, the former home secretary, and Simon Clarke, the former levelling up secretary, have called on the Prime Minister to “act with similar urgency and decisiveness … to protect children and childhood across the UK”.

Sex education has become 'so contested'

Ms Spielman said that parents “must be able to see materials” taught in RSE lessons. Schools have blocked parents from seeing resources because of threats of copyright breaches from third-party resource providers.

Gillian Keegan, the Education Secretary, said on Wednesday that schools “should ensure they’re making content available to parents if requested”. However, campaign groups and MPs say the onus should be on schools to make materials publicly available to parents.

Ms Spielman echoed concerns of Mrs Cates that some sex education materials “could fall foul” of schools’ legal duty to maintain political impartiality.

She also said that sex education has become “so complicated and so contested” that teachers need “absolute clarity on what schools can do and when”.

A spokesman for The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT), which teaches Year Seven and Eight pupils the “gender unicorn”, said: “In September 2021, the Department of Education published guidance on Relationships and Sex and Health Education.

“In light of this, TKAT revised its policy. Since this point, there has been no further guidance from the DfE, although we note this is expected this year.

“Once this guidance is published, we will amend our policies accordingly. As an evolving and sensitive subject matter, we will continue to review and refine our guidance to all our schools."

The Prime Minister told the House of Commons on Wednesday that he has asked the DfE to “ensure that schools are not teaching inappropriate or contested content” in RSE, adding: “Our priority should always be the safety and wellbeing of children and schools should also make curriculum content and materials available to parents.

Mrs Cates has warned that the teaching of radical gender ideology in schools could be contributing to a rise in the number of children seeking medical intervention, including puberty blockers and hormone treatment.

Rishi Sunak launches review of sex education in schools

MPs welcome PM’s news following revelations that children were being taught ‘age inappropriate’ material in class

ByCatherine Lough and Louisa Clarence-Smith, EDUCATION EDITOR8 March 2023 • 7:05pm

Nearly 50 Conservative MPs wrote to Rishi Sunak urging him to launch an independent inquiry

www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2023/03/08/rishi-sunak-launches-review-sex-education-schools/

Rishi Sunak has ordered an urgent review of sex education after The Telegraph exposed evidence of the widespread teaching of “age inappropriate” materials in schools.

MPs have welcomed the news, but warned that the review must be independent as the Department for Education (DfE) has produced “confusing” guidance.

This week, nearly 50 Conservative MPs wrote to the Prime Minister urging him to launch an independent inquiry into “age inappropriate” sex education following evidence that graphic sexual content and gender ideology was being widely taught in schools.

The letter, co-ordinated by Miriam Cates, the MP for Penistone and Stockbridge, was signed by Priti Patel, the former home secretary; Simon Clarke, the former levelling up secretary; and Jonathan Gullis, Andrea Jenkyns, Brendan Clarke-Smith and Kelly Tolhurst, all former Cabinet ministers.

It came after The Telegraph revealed last week that some 13-year-old pupils have been taught there are 100 genders, while in some schools children as young as 12 have been asked how they feel about oral and anal sex.

On Wednesday, Mr Sunak told the Commons that he would now bring forward a review into sex education.

He said that he had asked the DfE to “ensure that schools are not teaching inappropriate or contested content in RSHE [relationships, sex and health education]”, adding: “Our priority should always be the safety and wellbeing of children and schools should also make curriculum content and materials available to parents.

“As a result of all of this, we are bringing forward a review of RSHE statutory guidance and we will start our consultation as soon as possible.”

In the Commons, Mrs Cates said: “Graphic lessons on oral sex. How to choke your partner safely, and 72 genders. This is what passes for relationships and sex education in British schools.

“Across the country, children are being subjected to lessons that are age inappropriate, extreme, sexualising and inaccurate, often using resources from unregulated organisations that are actively campaigning to undermine parents.

“This is not a victory for equality. It is a catastrophe for childhood.”

Mrs Cates warned that the DfE’s updated latest RSE guidance, produced in 2019 in consultation with Stonewall, the LGBT+ charity, has allowed “activist groups” to overly influence teaching materials.

She told The Telegraph: “I am pleased that the PM is taking this issue seriously and shares our concerns about inappropriate RSE. I commend his commitment to a review, but this must be an external review outside of the Department for Education.

“The Department has produced confusing guidance, has consistently denied that there is a problem and publicly recommend some of the organisations that are producing inaccurate and sexualising materials. The Department does not have the independence required to lead an effective inquiry.”

Ben Bradley, another Tory MP and one of the letter’s signatories, said: “It’s important and good news that Rishi plans to grasp this nettle because the longer it’s left without being tackled, the more children will be exposed to some of this appalling content.

“Whenever I’ve raised this with my community, parents have been horrified at some of the examples of what constitutes ‘education’.

“There’s a wider issue here too about what seems like increasing levels of sexual content being directed at children. So I’m really pleased Rishi will step in, and delighted to be able to support Miriam’s work on this space. I hope it makes a difference.”

Mark Lehain, the head of education at the Centre for Policy Studies, said: “It’s vital the review focuses on what an age-appropriate ‘ceiling’ looks like, and how parents are listened to.

“And when the review is completed, it will also be important to know at the same time how Ofsted will use it to inform inspection, and how parents can flag concerns in ways that will be taken into account.”

‘Politically motivated review’

James Bowen, the director of policy at the NAHT school leaders’ union, said it was hard “ to be anything other than deeply concerned by this announcement”.

“The overwhelming majority of schools are doing nothing more than following the Government’s own statutory guidance when it comes to relationships and sex education,” he said.

“It is worth remembering that the current curriculum was subject to extensive consultation before it was introduced. We have seen no evidence to suggest there is a widespread problem with pupils being presented with age-inappropriate materials and if this were the situation, we would expect it to have been picked up on a case-by-case basis.

“There is a real concern that this is a politically motivated review, rather than one based on the reality of what is happening in the vast majority of schools up and down the country.

“Our appeal to [the] Government is to ensure this review is now handled with the care, sensitivity and impartiality it requires and to listen carefully to the voices of education professionals and pupils.”

Education Secretary Gillian Keegan said: “I am deeply concerned by reports of inappropriate sex education lessons in schools.

“We are reviewing sex education guidance to make sure schools are not teaching content that is inappropriate, and schools should ensure they’re making content available to parents if requested.”

Dave McConnell had referred to the transgender woman as a “man” and a “gentleman”

A judge has quashed the conviction of an evangelical Christian who was found guilty of misgendering a transgender woman while preaching in the street.

Dave McConnell, from Wakefield in West Yorkshire, had been convicted by a magistrate last year of causing harassment, alarm or distress to Farrah Munir, 19, who self-identified as a woman.

McConnell repeatedly referred to Munir as a “man” and a “gentleman” while addressing the public in the centre of Leeds in 2021. Munir had approached the preacher as he spoke to a small crowd and asked him: “Does God accept the LGBT community?”

McConnell, 42, was convicted of a public order offence and sentenced to a 12-month community order with 80 hours of unpaid work. Yesterday a crown court judge sitting with two magistrates quashed the conviction.

Recorder Anthony Hawks, the crown court judge, said that, while he and the magistrates accepted McConnell’s words had been insulting and that Munir had suffered “harassment, alarm and distress”, there was no evidence the harassment was intentional. Quashing the conviction, Hawks said: “It is not an offence to insult someone.”

From The Telegraph.

A convicted male sex criminal, now "identifying as a woman", following release from prison raped a female friend, using "her penis" (the rapist's, not the victim's, nor anybody else's which happened to be handy, for that matter, to be clear) to achieve this.

Crawford, 24, had previously been jailed for having sex with an underage teenager in 2017.

A transgender woman raped her friend just weeks after being released from prison for child sex offences.

Lexi-Rose Crawford, who was born male but now identifies as female, previously served a four-year jail term for having sex with an underage girl she met online.

Crawford began using a female name and pronouns in January 2019 after she was released from prison, a court heard.

Within weeks of her release, she had raped a vulnerable friend, Mail Online reports.

Crawford, 24, claimed to suffer from blackouts and said she could not remember the incident, but was convicted by jurors at Bristol Crown Court on Friday after less than two hours of deliberations.

At the conclusion of her four day trial, the former volunteer guitar technician was found guilty of rape and sexual assault, which she denied. She was released on conditional bail until her sentencing on May 10.

It is believed Crawford will be sent to a male prison if she is handed a custodial sentence.

The rape indictment specified that "her penis" was used during the rape on the formal indictment used in court.

The victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, said Crawford came around to their home in April 2019 where they played computer games.

Describing what happened next, the victim said: '[Crawford] wanted me to lie down next to her and then tried to start, like, cuddling me, which I don't feel comfortable with anyway. And then she started removing my clothes, which I didn't want, I did keep saying that, like, 'I don't want to'.'

Despite her protests, the defendant began to rape the young victim. The victim said they later rolled over and pretended to go to sleep to end the ordeal.

Prosecutor David Scutt suggested Crawford's claim of memory loss, which had no medical evidence to back it up, was a 'convenient excuse'.

Crawford said that was not true.

Mr Scutt said: 'Is it just this, Miss Crawford, that you really can't bring yourself to admit what happened and take full responsibility?' Crawford replied: 'That's not the case.'

It is only now, at the conclusion of the trial, that it can be reported that Crawford was previously jailed for having sex with an underage teenager in 2017.

Then aged 18, Crawford admitted to arranging to meet a 15-year-old, taking her to a secluded woodland spot before telling her: "You are going to get laid."

No idea after such a horrific attack, why both the victim and the Telegraph are using female pronouns to describe a male rapist.
