I can see arguments for both but I will go for Clement for his European experience.

One of the most important issues for me is the ability to communicate clearly and decisively, not just the words but the intent behind them. In this respect I think Muscat has a distinct advantage.

An act of apostasy! Look at Clement's track record - very impressive. My cousin, a Rangers fan who supports Melbourne Victory, says Muscat would be a gamble. And he tipped me off about Ange before anyone here had heard of him.
