[FT] Dundee 0 - 5 Rangers (Jack 5; Danilo 51; Lammers 74; Dessers 82; Tavernier 90+1pen)

Well, we don't play that well for quite some spells, but grind and now hammer out results.

32 shots, 11 on target, 5  goals ... not that bad, despite the first half "agony".

Good to see Balogun back, solid as ever. Ridvan was lively, Lammers finally gets some reward, Danilo the new predator.

But for the Dundee goalie, this would have been a rout ...

All things considered, pleased with that result. Dundee were very, very poor but despite some poor passing and finishing at times, we kept trying to get forward quickly for the most part and 0-5 certainly doesn't flatter us. And read this slowly; what a strike from Sam Lammers!

4.67 xG.

I'm in tears...

So we've went from 0.something to 4.something in a matter of weeks.

Beale has a lot to answer for.

We shouldn't count our chickens; this can happen in one-off games - although we never reach 4 xG with Beale, iirc. The proof will be in reaching these figures consistently over the rest of the season.

And, of course, we have to actually take the chances...
