Rain stopped an hour ago here in Edinburgh so hoping conditions will improve further North in Dundee well ahead of kick off time later. If the match does go ahead, a team along the following lines may be preferred but I suspect Dessers and Lammers could retain their place.

 

 

The situation with the latter two players is a tricky one. Neither are offering the kind of quality to justify their selection. As such, do we stick by them and hope they can improve (ala Sima) or do we write off the best part of £8m? I suspect manager may have more patience so don't be surprised to see them start again.

The rain has stopped there now and apart from the odd shower, it's expected to be dry between now and the game.

Spot on with the XI I reckon, it's my preferred at least anyway.

 

I'd give Danilo 60 then bring Wright on and put Sima up top - I just can't see Dessers being an impact sub at all but with how under cooked players are (Cantwell and Danilo post injury and McCausland a novice/young player) we might just have to bring him on. Sigh.
