Somethin tells old Don there has received his marching orders.

Anything short of hippos bathing at midfield will be deemed..."emmm playable"

This is all bollocks if this pitch is unplayable then Dundee should be hit with a heavy fine they’ve known the weather is going to be bad so why haven’t they taken adequate measures to make sure it’s playable I’d bet they haven’t bothered their arse would be nice to look next door and see what condition United’s playing surface is ,or is there an old pals act going on  so the games played at a date that suits others .

They've had problems with the playing surface at Dens for quite a while, with several other matches postponed in the recent past.

The head groundsman got fired late last year, which I think was drink related but I don't think they've done much to remedy the existing problems, presumably in hope that the weather might improve and also to cut costs.

Let's not get all paranoid about it.
