Was a toss up between McCausland and Cantwell but voted for Ross. 

 

Bundle of energy all night, chose the wrong option a couple of times, but played well overall.

Only watched the highlights but for me McCausland

Going on our second half performance Ridvan, McCausland and Cantwell brought so much energy.

Went for Cantwell, his through balls hit with venom caused them problems and at the match thought his goal was a cross, after viewing again still think it was a cross but what a cross.

McCausland for me, not a world beater and switches off defensively but you can see what he brings in games like this. Gives the team width, tenacity, stamina and good forward running.

Best players were Cantwell, Silva and Raskin, and I'd go for Cantwell. 

 

FWIW I thought McCausland had a poor first half, other than the goal, but did improve in the second.

I thought Silva had a good game, but I still think he's wasted out wide. 

 

He's not quite suited to it and our general play suffers when there's not a winger hugging the touchline; especially with our FBs inverting.

I thought Dessers had a good game - one miss aside, he led the line really well.
