Important players for the system Clarke plays. Ralston isn't a patch on Hickey.
compo 7,002
A psychic orangutan at Dortmund zoo has predicted a win for Germany tomorrow night I wonder if it’s got any tips for royal Ascot next week.
yuddie 1,693
I'd have Germany, Portugal and France all ahead of England as favourites. Something has to give eventually with this generation of England players considering how the younger age groups for England have been winning tournaments regularly for the last decade. Although I will admit, this crop are far more likeable than the 'Golden Generation' I grew up with. Controversial opinion...if Southgate goes after this tournament I'd bring in Poch. Argie or not, he has a great track record of developing English talent and implements a good style. There is the question over his propensity to dodge trophies albeit.

Yes, arch trophy dodger, but then again so has every England manager since 66

After a very rare trophy less season with Bayern Munich, his credentials are unbeatable.
compo 7,002
I wonder how many of this tartan army are on benefits or supposed to be working from home.

The Scottish tax payers are funding the all inclusive jolly for a bunch of SNP of grifters!.
26th of foot 6,063
Ah, I note the multiple usage of one of my favourite terms, 'foot soldier in the Tartan Army' being utilised this week. Does the Tartan Army only field infantry, does it have any cavalry? If they do, another term you hardly hear these days; would they be, 'Beggars on horseback'?
