An outside bet might actually be one from Rousseau's list - Jesse Marsh - considering the American and Leeds links.
Graeme Ro55 1,034
Even though Wee Barry has made some ballsy team selections I still don't think he has a chance at this job.
Gribz 1,235
This management team are picking up more bookings than the players. McCann got one yesterday. Only saw the after match handbags once but pretty sure Ferguson was in the centre circle and right in the mix with a bit of goading. Its not a good look and he needs to rise above it regardless how annoying Shinnie is. Fair enough when he was a player and captain then be at the front end but it shows his mentality hasnt changed much. I like his determination and trying to drill the Rangers standards into players but that style of management has been phased out of the game "to an extent" and players are softies nowadays as well as coming from masses of different nations so you have to tailor.
CammyF 9,323
We need the next manager to be 100% correct choice. Someone who can get our players (current and new) fit enough for the challenges that Scottish Football throws at them. This season has shown that out problems are simply beating "the rest" and OF games taking care of themselves. We need a coach who can motivate players, get them fit and get them playing a relentless style of football the blows the low block out of the water. We need to hit the ground running and at least we'll be playing our home games at Ibrox (unless anyone has heard differently)......
Sutton_blows_goats 6,108 Posted Wednesday at 17:25 Share Posted Wednesday at 17:25 I think one of the hipster list would be fine as long as our recruitment team start getting players who can play more than 15 games a season. They also have to have the aggression and physicality needed for SPFL football. I would prefer a pragmatist over a philosopher though, we’ve seen these stubborn guys and their systems fail time and again. In other news I seen on twitter today we were linked with Gio Reyna..
compo 7,878 Posted Wednesday at 17:34 Author Share Posted Wednesday at 17:34 We need someone who can identify the workers rather than the shirkers someone who can identify the easily injured Nancy boys from the men someone who can set out a defence identify a couple of good half backs and find a striker who doesn’t fall over blades of grass .
