[FT] Rangers 1 (Dessers 44') - 1 Celtic

One thing I noticed yesterday when we substituted a player then that player coming off then sits on the bench you would think the player coming off would be told to get something warm on maybe one of the reasons we have so many injuries watch athletes competing in any discipline and they wrap up between turns

Hats off to Dessers, his finish yesterday was superb.

Looking at the numbers, our goalscoring problem has a lot to do with the lack of threat coming from the midfield.

Dessers and Cerny are the only two really putting up the numbers.

Igamane has 15 goals as well.

Out of all 9 players to have scored over 10 league goals this season, Dessers has the lowest minutes on the field per goal scored, 133.

If we don't get a decent offer for him then we might be better keeping a hold of him.

So many forwards have passed through Rangers and barely scored a handful of goals. 47 goals in 2 seasons aren't to be dismissed. Especially when you are talking about a player who gives everything and is almost always available.

Don't think we'll be spending an amount of money that will get a real quality forward. Possibly more likely via a loan.
