Seen a lot of Andy Mitchell, shouldn't have been given a new contract in the first place

I guess so, I think its official title is Development Squad and they play games each month or so. The game against Rangers has become an annual event, last years game was abandoned after about 10 minutes due to gale force winds. The year before Rangers won 5-2, but the the Rangers team that year was made a few fringe u15's and u15 trialists. I could have got the select team's lineup but unfortunately it was after the game.
Rangers 14's have recently played some of the smaller clubs U15's, last night's opponents were better than a few of these pro-youth teams.

Was the change in formation forced on us because of personnel available?
It was pretty much a full squad so I wouldn't think so

Subjective or not, it's very telling. Doesn't this guy Sinclair have a habit of this kind of thing? Releasing good players. Telfer almost being the latest victim?
Around a dozen players he released made Scotland youth squads in the past year, if it was 2 or 3 maybe not an issue, but when it reaches double figures somebody must look at it.
Charlie Telfer wasn't being released but he was stalling on a new contract and eventually signed for one year, therefore his contract is up in the summer again.
Three years ago Callum Gallagher was being released based on what Sinclair seen in the preceeding months, he then changed his mind and he gave him a new contract based on his performance for 45 minutes against Celtic.
I hope both Callum and Luca can make the most of this short loan spell they are currently on.

No Rangers players included, I know this type of thing is subjective but Sinclair released THREE of them !!!

So I assume Mati Zattafarra and Carlo Pigniatiello are local boys with 'exotic' names? We're not bringing in foreign children to play for our boys teams I take it?
Both are Scottish, Carlo is local but obviously has Italian heritage, Mati is of African heritage and was signed from Alloa in the summer.

Scotland uses the calender year so U15's would be born in 1999 and therefore all players are still 14 on 31st December this year.

There is nothing in Brown's CV to suggest that he ever was at Rangers.
OK you know better

Only from the messageboards, I don't know where it originated

Re Hibs players - "People forget that Kevin Thomson did youth time at Coventry City, Scott Brown was at Rangers first,"

Worth a gamble, surely? I mean, he can hardly do worse than what we've managed in the last 20 years or so.
In my opinion its too important a decision to take a gamble. I would prefer to see it advertised and a quality short list drawn up and then a choice made

He was a coach at Dundee United at an age (22) when most of the top coaches would still have been playing, perhaps this is why was mentioned as a sort of Scottish "Mourinho".
I don't think I actually seen any of his teams during his spell at Dundee United.
He seems to divide opinion, some see him as an innovative young coach with fresh ideas, others see him as a maverick and a crack pot.
