😂 People sometimes see what they want to believe
Or people just word things wrong? 😂
It's 6% in small shares giving 49ers a total valuation of 8.6bn, not 6% for that value 😆

You can play 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 all day long, if you have the players who can perform in this system. We never had these players since the time it was introduced, shoehorned centre-forwards into roles not theirs, and played it no matter of the opposition. Every now and then, a player aside from the (as in: one) centre-forward weighed in with a hatful of goals, Sima, Kent, Tillman, Tavernier, Cerny etc. but it was not enough. We did not adapt to these realities and suffered the consequences.
They not only had the money, but also got enough solid players to fulfil the job that was required. Maybe not in Europe, but surely in Scotland. As was said elsewhere, dislike them or him as you want, Ange came in, saw what was needed, got e.g. these Japanese in, and they ran away with the silverware.
And the reaction of us (well most) was not debating the system which is utterly unsuitable for the Scottish game, but going after this or that striker, who did not convert 75+ % of the chances he got. If he would, he would not play for Rangers in this day and age. What we needed and need for "modern" football is a striker who scores 20+ per season, and three+ players behind him who come up with 10+ each too. In the league! But as of May 6th ...
Dessers (52 games) 25 goals + 12 assists
Cerny (49) 17 + 8
Igamane (43) 14 + 5
... and Danilo, Diomande and Lawrence with 6 goals each. Like in the days of Morelos, one striker was asked to carry the team, and if he didn't come up with all (as in: ALL) the goods, we were screwed.
This needs to be addressed. And not by signing a potential 30+ goals striker, but by getting attackers who score ... and play them all in a system suitable to break Scottish brick walls.
Sounds like moneyball football. Signing players that on the aggregate can get the numbers we need collectively.
Cracking film and story btw.

What am I missing?
I don't think it's conclusive.
More importantly, why is there no goal-line technology? I thought we had it.
It's pretty conclusive tbh.

Actually looking at that list of goalscorers, notice how many of them lot are on it? This is where our problems really are.
Not enough players getting on the score sheet from other areas.
In the "top 20" performing goalscorers in Scotland, they've got 8 players on the table.
By comparison we have three.

That's just a fallacy goalkeepers were every bit as good maybe better because most teams had a good man between the posts
There was an Everton player scored 60 goals in a league season back in the day, Dixie Dean.
I'd say football is more demanding and physically more difficult these days tbh.

These valuations have nothing to do with "true" market values. They use some algorithms to value players according to the league they play in, contract length, success of their team and the players themselves, age, etc..
What a club demands for a player or what a buyer is willing to pay is obviously not included.
TM is primarily valuable for player stats and data, i.e. background info.
Famously blocked by Ronaldo cause they valued him at £40m or something ridiculous 😂

Reports suggest that the club chiefs have agreed to sell around six percent of shares to three families in the USA, valuing the club at $8.6 billion.
It's about the 49ers selling 6% (of their NFL team) for 8.6bn btw.

Surely the valuations of Raskin and Dessers are a bit on the lower scale
TransferMarkt's usually miles off tbh

I’d ask you the same question.
Would you? You just forgetting how many bad moments Jefte has had since coming to us, so much so that we were wanting Ridvan back? Countless moments where we've all moaned, sighed and fuck saked.
Granted, that doesn't just go to Jefte.
The majority of this squad are utterly honking, and a few half good moments against utter dross here and there isn't saving the majority of this side.
If an offer is there for Jefte, get rid imo.

Aye let's keep the forum to prediction leagues and numerous other shite no one gives a toss about.
Christ man no wonder this place is dead.
Any time anyone posts something outside of the norm, people are like ooh we don't talk about that here, ooh that's not for here really that's for X, well what is for here?!
Honestly most threads are barely posted in, even match threads are dead as fuck, got people posting "Poll 2 electric boogaloo" utterly daft crap, but we can't talk about rivals or anything.
Stick it lads.
