FFS, another one of these bollocks lists!

 

Reasons are too numerous to mention, but when Fulham (yes, Fulham!) occupies a higher slot than Rangers then you know there's something wrong!

I've added a link in the OP to an explanation of what the ranking is based on. Fulham are only currently above us because they play in a league ranked as one of the world's top leagues, so they gain more points than us every time they win or draw in European competition.

Actually mate, their ranking is deceiving. They're actually only 7 points ahead of us, so there's nothing in it really. They're on 130 points, we're on 123.
