Chelsea to sign Eden Hazard's 'superior' younger brother

Chelsea are building quite a team for next season, though it seems to just be attacking midfielders. They only actually have 3 senior strikers at the club and virtually no central midfield to speak of? They are also in negotiations to sign Victor Moses, bit of an odd one?

 

I really think they need at least a couple of top level central midfielders. For the holding role there is basically just Mikel who is generally mediocre. Romeu wants away and hasn't settled. Then in the 2 CM roles you have Lampard who is a shadow of his former self, Essien who IS finished, Meireles who has been a poor signing and Ramires who is best in the final third.
