A few years ago we located at Cathcart cemetery the plots of a number of Rangers greats,among others they included from the 1877 team William Dunlop and James Watson, players AB and Dugald McKenzie,our first manager William Wilton and Chairman William Craig. Unfortunately due to the passage of time a number of them are starting to disappear behind trees,bushes and weeds.

 

This where you can help.

 

We need a few Bears with gardening equipment to cut everything back to save them from disappearing completely.We got a brilliant response from you guys a few weeks ago and hope you can help again.

 

We’ll be meeting at the Brenfield Road entrance to Cathcart Cemetery at 12pm on Saturday 24th October. Once the work is complete we’ll take everyone on a tour of the other Rangers plots at Cathcart and then retire to the Bank Bar for a couple of socially distanced cold drinks.
