About stonedsailor

  1. Your honour, we would like to open by saying that we do not recognize the appellant's right to appeal. The appellant has no legal right to the titles as they were awarded to the legal entity SC004276 also known as Rangers FC. That is whom we are stripping the titles from. We have given the legal entity SC004276, through their administrators D&P, opportunity to challenge these findings and they have rejected that opportunity. Charles Green can keep a hold of the replica trophies and bit of paper if he likes but they are worthless as anything more than scrap. As I posted before in acting as the appeal body the SFA must abide by Scots Law.
  2. Does anyone else not think that Rangers are playing a dangerous game? They are denying that the SPL have jurisdiction but if the SPL are forced into court they just have to say that the new company has no claim to those titles as they were awarded to the old company and Rangers have already set out their stall that this is truly the case. This could force the SFA to admit that there is no connection for Rangers now and Rangers then because if the SPL successfully defend the case for stripping on this point it legally proves no continuation and the SFA would have to recognize this. 134.2.7 The law governing the arbitration shall be Scots Law. http://www.scottishfa.co.uk/resources/documents/SFAPublications/SFAHandbook/09Articles.pdf
  3. In UEFA's club licencing documentation a football club is defined as the "legal entity fully responsible for a football team" The company with the registration number SC004276 received the money from UEFA, not the company with the number SC425159.
  4. What about the red card to liquidation protest? The consensus with the bhers then was that liquidation=death.
  5. The cash went to oldco, I'm guessing that means that UEFA still don't recognise the club as Rangers http://www.heraldscotland.com/sport/football/272000-boost-for-rangers-oldco.18866339
