Going by the offers for our phantom signings this last window, and the one before, I feel we could offer a very low % in the £, which will not be accepted by all, if any and this admin could drag on for longer than the quick get out we all want, and are promised. But I'm not listening to businessmen's promises these days, so it may take a while. Unfortunately!
