Administrators are taking too long says A horse with no Name

It seems to me that Whyte thought he was doing his pal (and maybe even himself?) in Duff & Phelps a favour by saying he’d not give (ahem) ‘his’ shares to Paul Murray. Clearly the idea was that the Administrators would resolve the matter in court and thereby use up more time in order to line their pockets, and at £400,000 pcm that’s some lining!

I’m of the opinion that’ll be Paul murray’s thinking too as he states he’s considering withdrawing his bid. That comes as no surprise to me, as these Administrators have popped off snide remarks towards TBK’s but it will be confusing for Duff & Phelps – just how much longer can these guys drag their feet! First they didn't do their paperwork correctly and had to waste a week in court (with us paying for their time of course) then they allowed the issue of saving £1m pcm to drag on and on and on and then allowed more and more time for offers to be put forward… These guys are onto a good thing and they’re gonna take some shifting!!!

Clearly Brian Kennedy feels the same. Maybe that's what's behind this story of his bid being rejected - their way of saying "don't try and rush us..."

I’ve always felt ‘Administrators’ should be Government appointed and paid by the treasury with the profit motive removed from the equation and we’re finding out to our considerable cost how right I am! Now, I’m more and more concerned by these delays OUT OF COMMON DECENCY THESE GUYS SHOULD GET THINGS WRAPPED UP AND MOVE ON!

Capitalism... as Spit the Dug would say HUUKFFUUTT!

By the way Craig you delete this thread it'll not matter a toss to me - it was a copy and paste job from elsewhere on the net!
