Exactly, if they've had talks with HMRC and they've said okay 10p in the pound surely, it's just a matter of paying of the smaller sums and then working up the Taxman... The other thing that smells is this ruling of the 'BTC' i just wonder if they're stalling with that in mind, but then maybe HMRC are stalling to see if there's a linkage between the preferred bidder and Whyte or to see if he's gonna get a backhander...
