Guest Bluenose80 Posted August 18, 2012 Share Posted August 18, 2012 It's a massive conflict of interest and we should still be in a position to point that out, but it doesn't help our case that we caved in to the SFA and accepted the transfer ban after winning our case at the Court of Session. Green didn't have much choice in the matter because we were basically blackmailed by the SFA who had a stronger hand than ours, but the simple fact that we accepted it (even under such extreme duress) probably weakens our case regarding challenging this guy's appointment. I see where you're coming from Zappa but I think the fact this guy handed down an illegal punishment and we were then blackmailed into accepting it only gives a stronger case for demanding he is removed as there is no way we will get a fair hearing and any half decent QC should with the mountain of evidence to back it up have no problem presenting our case. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
