GOAL: Ballymena United 1, Rangers XI 1 (Jeffries 64)

Goal: 1-1. Strike saved by Nelson but the rebound was knocked in by Jeffries.

Josh Jeffries, only on the pitch a matter of minutes as a sub, fires home after Andy Murdoch's shot was parried by Nelson.

 

United should have been back in front. Mcgennis crosses in for Shevlin but just couldn't quite get the contact at the back stick.

Rangers close to going ahead. Deflection takes the ball wide.

Great save by Nelson from a long range effort by Dylan Dykes (thunderbolt).

Neal Gawley's fierce shot from an acute angle brilliantly saved by Rangers keeper McCrorie.

Into stoppage time as Andy Murdoch fires a low shot inches wide.

 

Full-time - Ballymena United 1 - 1 Rangers XI.
