Green, Longmuir & now Gilmour the 3 guys who have put their heads above the parapet and questioned the ideas, we live in a strange wee country.

It may have been mentioned, but the Dutch also have Champions League / Europa League play offs which could help with the 'excitement' factor.

 

So, for example, if Scotland got 1 Champions League and 3 Europa League spots, the CL spot goes to the Champions, 1 EL goes to the Cup winners, 1 to second place, and the third goes to the winners of a play off between 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th - or the top 4 teams in the league who've not qualified if the cup winners are in those positions.

 

It'd keep a lot of teams interested and create some excitement at the end of the season.

That's a good shout for keeping the top of the table interesting.

See who hard can it be to come up with something better than we are getting, there's a few far more realistic ideas in a few posts.

Restructure the money this season bring in the league restructure the season after next job done.

I would add to the 2up/down - have at least a 3rd place (maybe fourth as well) as a playoff spot.

If as Green claims its trading while technically insolvent getting shot of it and starting a new company could be very handy for them.

With Green as our CEO they'll be working double shifts and overtime.

As I said in the OP...It may just be me seeing something that's not there, but when you look at the squad this season & in particular the "big stars" that were brought in, only Black has really been unaffected by injury.

 

Sandaza - appeared to have constant niggling injuries, resulting in being in & out the squad (facial injury being the exception)

Kyle - previous injury problems but believed to be over them, yet constantly injured and freed as a result

Shiels - in & out the squad all season as a result of injury

Temps - same as Shiels

 

Darren Cole - appears to be constantly injured

 

As I said previously, this is something I have noticed for a good while, but when the squad numbers are low, I tend to notice it a lot more....

We do seem to have more than out fair share of bad luck, I agree mate. All I can say is the equipment at Auchenhowie is world class I've seen it so take from that what you will.
