They absolutely need to speak to lawyers hopefully not the same ones that f*&ked up here.

Given Kings previous legal peccadilloes I have difficulty believing he takes the advice of lawyers on every step.

 

Bottom line in this clusterf*&k is that Ashley's lawyers got the better of ours.

Terms have been increased, we got rid of puma and have removed the 7 year notice period. 

Yesterday SD also lost out on some of their wants also.

Each case for me brings us closer to disclosing the dealings of SD in the original deal. The judge has already spoke of his concerns towards SD and their behaviour. It's a death of a thousand cuts.

Obviously when they spend double what we do on lawyers then it's hard to compete but we are getting there. Slowly but surely.

As it says today is not the end. The club is in a very difficult fight. 

FS what do you expect the club to say?

The club obviously has to speak to it's lawyers, JD and Hummel first. 

The club is doing everything it can. They take the advice of lawyers on every step.

Anyone looking from the outside in can use hindsight and decide the lawyers know less than them. Doesn't make it true

The reason case stopped was due to the fact it was no longer necessary for SD to see the details. Agreement was made out of court. Since we were in court because we refused to give them the details they wanted to see.....

Think it's worse than that. SD didn't get to see the contract but agreed to match it blind by the looks of it. Who will tender when SD are bidding blind?

Unfortunately not. Nothing we can do if they agree to match the deal on the table, other than make life as impossible as we can.

Board cannot comment on the financial or material aspects of any commercial deal.

All they can say is what SD agree they can say. All we can do is hope to read between the lines and the feeling of the club to be clear

Only thing I heard him say was he is in a rush and expects two more before Aberdeen game .

SD don't have to match the JD offer. They only have to match the material parts of the offer. Everything else stays as original deal. 

By agreeing to match the material offer without seeing what that offer is will stop anyone from bidding when it is up for renewal years from now and will see no continuation of current material match. Fucked 

He also now gets control of megastore and website as that is what we offered JD in return for material gains
