  1. Something tells me Sandy's former stakeholders in the Easdale bloc are about to renege on a deal or are none too happy....

Doncha just love it when the big bad bully throws the toys oot the pram and starts greetin like a wean .....

  2. Anything that upsets Easdale can only be positive. Hopefully when this share-dealing platform is set up all the ****s and hangers-on will run to dispose of their shares, further cementing ownership in Ragers fans hands.

We are unlikely to be able to raise capital from institutional investors anyway and i would prefer any loans to be kept in-house away from external predators like Ashley.

  3. Staying away from bankers, hedge funds, dodgy financiers and those associated with AIM would seem a rather prudent thing to do.

These people are held in high esteem for some strange reason. I bet even a fair few of these people have been knighted, MBE/OBE and are peers of the realm ....

How much has SDM cost the tax payer ?

  4. What crimes have been committed? Has there been arrests? Have I missed something?

Oh aye I forgot Llambias, Ashley etc were all acting in the best interests of the Company ....

Let us knight them eh ?

  5. Well it has opened all our eyes to the shenanigans that can go on .... in future we will be able to hold the office bearers to full account.

It still leaves a bad taste in the stomach and i hope some of the individuals are held fully to account.

We now need to get back to the top and find a way of successfully overcoming the financial disadvantages of Scottish football to be able to compete in Europe....Being Kings of Scottish football will never be enough in my book.

  6. Good solid statement.....even though i had to catch my breath over the McCoist/Sports Direct comments....I suppose these things need to be said in a hard-nosed business world...

I would have preferred something along the lines of that 'we are hoping that Llambias faces criminal charges and urge all fans to boycott Sports Direct after we have shafted them in Court.'

  7. Well at some point Rangers and MA are going to have to talk and come to an amicable arrangement .....he may well become part of the deal .....

Otherwise the only winners will be the lawyers....

  8. And that has exactly WHAT to do with what he did with regard to Sports Direct and Rangers?

On a sidenote, there are roughly 80k members over on FF and still I doubt that the admins over there swing the hatchet as happily as is portrayed here. Not least by those banned.

Banning people from airing a rational, legal, polite opinion that differs from others is not acceptable. That is something else.

  9. Well i am certainly not going to drag MD name through the gutter on this forum but from banning there are other things that have gone on over the years. .....allegations of hacking and more which are simply unacceptable.....

I am simply not going into any more because it s not right on this forum but sorry if you wish to be a figurehead for the club or support i expext someone of the utmost integrity and someone who is grounded.

  10. At the very least I expect the same transparency, democracy and respect from FF and Dingwall that he demands of the Rangers board, media, SFA, Ashley etc .....

There is no point claiming the moral highground only for ones own behaviour to fall short of the mark.

Banning people from a forum or worse for providing an alternative opinion is not democratic and is symptomatic of a lack of integrity, intellect, and of deep-rooted psychological problems.

  11. Sick to death of the petty mindedness of all this giventhe greater issues in our dying game, nevermind wider society.

Honestly would like to see mandatory warnings for singing outside grounds for alleged "sectarian/wind-up/atmospheric" singing <delete as appropriate> before an arrest is made and simple ejection and 6 month bans from grounds for an initial offence.

If society is no longer willing to tolerate these songs, and I can see a rationale, that same society should at least be liberal and tolerant in the way it goes about eradicating these songs.

  12. Well the add-ons need to be stopped and in the cold light of day singing/chanting FTP is fairly moronic nevermind sectarian.

The Billy Boys is a difficult much rather we could remove the f***** word and find an acceptable alternative.

As for the criminalisation of fans for singing such offensive tunes much rather see a mandatory official warning or caution before an arrest. I find it hard to accept people being criminalised and perhaps jailed for songs I have sung in the past. And the vast majority sing them for atmosphere/anti-celtic reasons and not out of sectarian hatred.

  13. Haha, think that would be defined as more of a nightmare than a dream!

The only players I want to see back at Ibrox, is the ones who have advanced into coaching roles and are able to help develop our current crop.

Exactly, shoud we ever develop or have the likes of Cooper/ Laudrup again lets hope the club offers them appropriate roles after they have hung up their boots....

  14. Maybe because it took place outside of Scotland they can't get involved?

My understanding of the law it now states that anyone committing a sectarian offence anywhere onplanet earth, the Scottish criminal justice system feels itself entitled to go after them ....

Personally speaking 800m people are short of food every day, peopkes heads are being get chopped off left, right and centre and good old Scotland is obsessed over a few silly ditties.....bloody joke.

  15. Comedy gold.

The same people who refused point blank to hold the previous ****s to even minimal standards of common decency are now gunning for the new board in ever thread.

    It's utterly transparent .

Last week it was dogs abuse for taking 5 days to appoint a new manager.

That bloody new board eh .....lost the league to the Jambos in 2 weeks....shocking !

  16. So early complaints are only allowed when it's people appointed by Ashley then?

Not atall but I think if you look at Ashley, his businesses, his modus operandi, and the behaviour of Llambias and the onerous contract I think criticism of any Ashley move is warranted.

The new board are in only 2 weeks and they have already dealt positively with some major issues ....1) Interim Manager 2) unfortunate Chris Graham incident 3) Easdale, Llambias etc....

Any monies to be raised and spent needs careful planning. We are a huge club in the second tier of a backward football nation with considerable financial chalenges.

For me getting back to thetop of Scottish football is not enough, I want European success or a modicum of it. Under Ashley we could well of become a spent force for ever indebted to lease-back to an offshore vulture fund after he had liquidated our assets.

  17. The sad truth of the matter is a team of kids won a title by 26 points against seasoned professionals anf internationals. It is a damning indictment of the management and players that wore the jersey.

The only way to respond is to build a team to get back to the top and rid ourselves of the lazy and unprofessional players that have brought our playing standards to such a level of ridicule.

  18. I think at present it is a case of grin and bear it... i dont want to much more controversy butid love a CEO or ne Manager to sack one of these players to make a point.

Unfortunately, we can ill afford the legal costs, hassle from the SFA and negativity.

For all the shocking behaviour of the previous board, McCoist etc and the players have been nothing short of a disgrace in terms of value for money, effort and the right to don the jersey.
