And yet, despite my own warning, because the rumour arose from different sources (at least from my perspective) I was buying into a little bit more than normal. I don't think that should make it more likely for a deal to be happening. Would Murray have resigned as a director and allowed Johnston to take over as Chairman if a deal was only 70% done? He should know as well as anyone that it could fall through and he'd feel fairly stupid if that happened.
