I agree with you, looks like there are a bunch of parties involved - was wondering if perhaps they had to provide security/charges when they first purchased to the then owners or even to parties who the then owners might have had security to - but that wouldnt normally happen as there would usually be a requirement for the charges to be extinguished prior to the subsequent sale. Any lawyers around ? As always, with all things RFC, convoluted to the end.
