The tax case is to see if they can claw back tax from a previous loophole, but unless they win it we still owe nothing. Guest Dutchy Posted June 17, 2011 Share Posted June 17, 2011 I couldn't make connection with that link, but it remains the case that we may well be clear of any tax debt at the moment, it all depends on the outcome of the tax case. Even if it's lost, by either of the protagonists, I hear there will be a whole load of appeals going on, which should take years. Enough time, hopefully, to get our house in order.
