Billy Stark has named a 21-man squad to face the Netherlands in a UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifier at St Mirren Park next week.

 

 

 

Scotland defeated the Dutch in Nijmegen in November last year and can move to the top of Group 10 with another win on 29 February.
