i think the fans would like to see this rascal put on trial in a court of law.

Can I ask about the payments made to Ticketus, in Duff & Phelp's creditors assessment. Was there not two payments (one in July and one in September), totalling approximately £9million? You never see these figures referred to in the total amount that Whyte owes Ticketus.

 

Seems to me symptomatic in the way D&P operate. There were other aspects of their assessment that were innaccurate - e.g. ICT confirmed they were not owed money and generally they seemed to want to paint as gloomy a creditor position as possible. Now this may be a legal thing, but it just seemed to be shoddy work, devoid of attention to detail to my non-insolvency expert eyes.
