Ibrox club face being booted out of the game or the cup as SFA accept court ruling

Wasn't it the original panel who said that they considered termination too harsh?

Glennie sent it back to the Appellate Panel and listed the sanctions open to them.

And the only course left is expulsion from League or cup so going by their own ruling they are about to hit us with an overly harsh punishment, leaving us free to appeal again.

Piss up in a brewery springs to mind with this lot.

Appeal to Glennie? He has already spelled out the sanctions open to the AP.

The SFA are meant to be neutral in this, which was surely the whole reason for an "independent" panel but they are showing that they are showing that they are anything but.

I predict a 2 year year Scottish Cup ban.

That is going to go down really well with the sponsors.

Sanctions that both panels said were to harsh (harsh for who us or them) and wouldn't or couldn't implement, so it's a rock and a hard place for them and they only have themselves to blame.

Despite asking many times I've never seen any evidence of the appeal panel mentioning termination. Can you point me in thr right direction?
