I dont think you could be more wrong about Walter. go read my thread on traynors piece in todays record. Listen , Smith stated he had been talking to McColl FOR WEEKS , about this deal , yet they chose to wait less than 1 hour after we were liquidated to make their offer known . Traynor is and always has been a useful mouth piece for both Walter and to a lesser extent Ally,the fact he comes out with the utter tripe about McCoist getting bagged on the day of the liquidation , just before the new bid is rolled out was all to heap pressure on CG , they hoped he would buckle , he didnt , he,s named his price privately , now ts up to Walter match it or else stop talking rubbish in the press .
