As proud members of the Scottish Football League, we may soon be called upon to consider proposals for the way forward not only in relation to any vacancy that may arise in our league but also in respect of the future construction of the game in Scotland. GovanAllan 0 Posted June 26, 2012 Share Posted June 26, 2012 Interesting wee conundrum starting to develop here, SPL want us in Div1 so they can protect the cash cow that is Rangers while still giving us a beating. But wait the SFL top teams are saying no and they want Div3, which the lower league SFL will back so they can get a piece of the Rangers cash cow. So where do we go from here do the SPL do an about turn and keep us, thus protecting the Cash Cow but make sure we can't compete with the Mhanks for a couple of seasons because of crippling sanctions.
