But how will the court of session see this decision that has been basically forced on us? Remember SEP01 2013 is on a sunday next year so the transfer window probably won't close til Monday SEP02 or the day after. It's certainly not an ideal scenario, but given the alternative of not being allowed to play football, we had to accept. I just hope there's more fight when our titles come under SFA scrutiny.
