Fullererton & Kane were in charge of LBG Scottish business division at the time. Don't listen to Bill McMurdo's blog where Fullerton convinced McMurdo he had nothing to do with Rangers bank accounts. Aye Right. If it wasn't wasn't Fullerton & Kane did they put someone up to it within LBG ? i.e. destroy Rangers ? Don't believe a word from Fullerton & Kane. There's bound to have been a combination of different reasons for LBG wanting to dump the club and personally I do think there's been elements of conspiracy involved, but the bottom line is logic dictates that Murray was in too deep with LBG and they'll almost certainly have forced him to dump the club because it was inherently loss-making and essentially 'toxic' in banking terms due to the way it had been getting run and also due to the potential liability to HMRC over the use of EBTs. If anything, people within LBG dealing with Murray's business matters may well have known full well that one way or another the club was heading for an administration event.
