Premier League 2013-14

Recommended Posts

Yesterday I was fancying Arsene Wenger to lead Arsenal to the title but after watching them last night in their friendly their defence is still absolutely shambolic and teams like Chelsea will destroy them for that even if they only have 20% of the play.

I can see Man Utd not clicking. Losing Ferguson HAS to have an impact in some way and derail them. Its like Liverpool at the turn of the 90s after dominating in the 70s and 80s. It had to stop. Having Ryan Giggs is a huge boost for Moyes but Ferguson leaving has had a massive impact. They are deflated and the players are probably feeling the weight off their shoulders.

Man City have to click but are another unknown.

I fancy Chelsea...the Mourinho factor plus their team is strong.

Hoping Wenger pulls a few signings out of the hat, as if he gets 1 or 2 world class signings then Id back Arsenal.

A bit OTT to suggest Chelsea will walk it. They may indeed win it but I doubt they will walk it. End of August is the time to tell how teams should do, once the transfer window shuts

what on earth made you think Arsenal would win it? Chelsea will walk it.

Their consistency at the end of last season showed if they do that over the season they can compete. What they have to do is start taking more points of the teams around them. They have the talent in midfield and upfront but I still fear their defence. Poldolski, Walcott, Cazorla with Wilshire and Arteta is enough to destroy most teams.
