It appears that Mr Mather would prefer to have three meetings instead of meeting us together. Divide and conquer? For legal action to fund the defence of the titles we put £135,000 into a lawyers escrow account and when we receive the balance back that will be roughly an additional £100,000 to add to the £403,000. I read that earlier on FF, what struck me was that the decision on the 'Title Thieving' Tribunal was settled a few months back, why has the balance of the Escrow account not since been transferred back to the fund?
