They seem to be trying to claim that it's not properly constituted just as they did with McColl & co's requisition which they somehow managed to get Strand Hanson block. Looks like it's all been too much for Strand Hanson though, given that they've now been replaced as our NOMAD after previously having been replaced as our broker at the beginning of August only weeks after taking over that role from Cenkos (something which Chris should maybe have mentioned in his article!).
