they were happy to rent it for as long as I an remember maybe they bought it in the hope as others did in the hope of making fantastic killing by buying land in that area marked for the commonwealth games then selling at a huge profit the whole area stinks of graft and corruption its all on the net who bought what and for how much and for how much they sold it for and back to the same people who sold it in the first place . as its said in an old movie follow the money .
