Tournament involving RB Leipzig, Tottenham, Liverpool and Dortmund. First British team to win The Hallen Cup!

Looking at the footage and pics the squad was Lewis Budinauckas (Gk), Jay Hogarth (Gk), Harris O'Connor, Murray Miller, Ciaran Dickson, Kyle McClelland, Callum Biggar, Matty Yates, Kai Kennedy, Euan Deveney.

 

On Friday Rangers failed to progress from their group, winning 1, drawing 1 and losing 2.

 

Sturm Graz 2 Rangers 0

SpVgg GW Deggendorf 2 Rangers 2

RB Leipzig 2 Rangers 3

VfB Stuttgart 4 Rangers 1

 

Both teams from Ranger group progressed to the final, Leipzig beating Liverpool and Augsburg, Stuttgart beating Munich 1960 and Spurs.

RB Leipzig winning 1-0 in the final.

 

Yesterday in Union Esternberg 1952 Hallen Cup they were 2nd in their initial group, winning 2, drawing 1 and losing 1.

 

TSV Milbertshofen 2 Rangers 2

SC Freiburg 0 Rangers 2

FK Austria Wien 4 Rangers 0

SV Wacker Burghausen 1 Rangers 3

 

In the next round Rangers won both games to win the three team group

FSV Mainz 2 Rangers 3

Grasshoppers Zurich 0 Rangers 2

 

Quarter Final - FK Austria Wien 1 Rangers 3

 

Semi Final - Karlsruher SC 1 Rangers 3

 

Final – Broussia Dortmund 1 Rangers 2
