I worry he’ll be seen as a soft touch in the corrupt world of Scottish football. Clement lost a SCF and a LCF thanks to questionable refereeing

I've seen him pick up yellow cards from the bench at Madrid so I don't think he will be a soft touch.

What do I take to alleviate the effects of whiplash?

Exiting Real Madrid assistant Davide Ancelotti is in a strong position to become the next Rangers manager and is desperate for the job, while Steven Gerrard is still in contention for an Ibrox return, but Russell Martin now looks set to become the new Leicester City boss and sacked Feyenoord head coach Brian Priske is behind the other two as things stand. I find the negative reaction to Priske very strange - they omit all the good at Midtjylland and Prague to hone in on the Feyenoord spell, which was difficult as they had sold all their players after Slot left.

He also bested Pellegrini, who's in another European final.

And yet was bested by Calum Davidson.

I don't think that's a sufficient reason to overlook someone.

At least your specific, though.

Maybe not, but it is hard to get past. I do think he was hard done by at Feyenoord to be fair, who have sold a few players for big bucks over the years and haven't really spent big. Gimenez being the latest. And somehow still expect to compete with the likes of PSV who have spent big bring back established quality from Holland.

I hope when we do f get a manager we hand out a sensible contract i wouldn't want to be paying out a kings ransom when or if we have to sack him
