It is winning a trophy.

 

Out of all the major trophies that Dessers could win, in Scotland, he has won the easiest one.

History is littered with teams who've won trophies, dominated leagues and went on great European adventures not scoring goals.

I heard that some things have been rushed through to ensure that we are rid of him as early as possible.

 

His departure is seen as strategic.
